Rich Homie Quan being sued for assault?
Not a likely suspect, but…. according to published reports, Rich punched security guard Christian Cajigas in the face after being denied entrance to Club LIV at the Fontainebleau in Miami. Cijigas told Quan and his crew that the club was full to capacity and that they would have to use the normal entrance and wait like other party goers. Upset, Quan yelled, “I’m Rich Homie Quan, and I’m a rich millionaire, bitch. I’m coming through these doors, I’m with Flo Rida.”
When this didn’t work, Rich punched the guard twice. His posse allegedly jumped in as well, leaving Cajigas with chipped teeth, a wounded nose, and a busted lip. According to TMZ, another security guard claimed that Quan and his boys fled to a speedboat nearby and took off.
Well since Rich announced he was a millionaire Cajigas is suing now suing. He is represented by an attorney named Eric Hertz who has some experiences in cases like this involving celebrities, having previously represented a woman who was allegedly slapped by Tim McGraw last year. Hertz and Cajigas have not specified how much they are seeking in damages.
