Looks like the rumors are true. T.I. and other members of the cast and crew have confirmed that there will be a sequel to ATL.
Confirmation came via an on-set Instagram pic from Tip. The photo was also accompanied by a round of excited promotional posts from the likes of director Chris Robinson and stars Jason Weaver and Lauren London. Though there is no official timetable for the completion or release of the project, this is the first tangible evidence of the sequel that has been rumored since at least 2013.
Released in 2006, ATL quickly became something of a cult classic. Loosely based on the experiences of Dallas Austin and TLC’s T-Boz.
