A Boyfriend and A Husband … No Bueno

So Kim Kardashian was rushed to the hospital late Tuesday night after returning home from Paris Fashion Week.

An “insider” reported to media sources that she suffered from stomach pains while on the flight to L.A. Supposedly the pain was linked directly to the divorce proceedings from her 72-day husband. (**Side-eye**)

The good news is she was released Wednesday morning with a clean bill of health. But…. I’m sorry … I don’t entirely believe this story.

Let me start by saying Kim’s okay. We all know how she rose to fame – via a sex tape with Ray-J, singer Brandy’s brother. But what makes Kim okay with me is that she has stellar work ethic. No matter what people think of her morally, she appears to work extremely hard. How many people do you know with no skill-sets that’s a millionaire? That’s what I thought. She has two reality shows, several published books, a clothing line, a boutique and a cosmetic line. She also does a whole host of endorsements and club appearances. Despite what you think of her as a person, the fact is her net worth of $18 million is a far cry from her home sex tape days. Honestly, we need to let that go.

So fast-forward to current times again. Kim wants out of this marriage and her lawyers have filed several documents noting that this prolonged divorce is putting undue stress on her pregnancy. For those two reasons alone, I think last night’s “scare” is B.S. I think it was done to serve as evidence of her “stress.”

Now that said, I think its ridiculous that the divorce is taking longer than the marriage. I guess the latest is that Chris Humphries (her husband, not to be confused with the father of her child, Kanye West) wants an annulment. This would mean that Kim would have to admit that the marriage was a fraud. Although I believe Kim wants out, I don’t think she should admit fraud. I think she’s doing the right thing by holding out. Sex tape aside friends, I believe she is one of those girls who wants the white picket fence. If you happen to watch her reality show, it’s pretty obvious. But…. Chris wasn’t that guy unfortunately. In fact, he portrayed himself as a huge a$shole on the show. I don’t blame her for exiting.

Furthermore, help me understand how you don’t know what sort insanity you’re putting yourself in if you marry the likes of Kim Kardashian.

Kim, I don’t believe this “scare” one bit, but I hope you get out of this mess ASAP. A husband and a boyfriend …. no bueno ma’am.
