One month before headlining Madison Square Garden for the first time, Ariana Grande was the main attraction during the NBA All-Star Game halftime show on Sunday night (Feb 15).
Ari performed an extended medley of her hits, and brought out her “Bang Bang” pal Nicki Minaj for a surprise team-up.
Opening with her summer hit “Problem,” Ari took center stage with a cheerleader getup. Her dancers disappeared for her most recent Top 10 hit, “Love Me Harder,” and after that strobe-heavy bit, the pop star segued into her breakout single, “The Way.”
Nicki Minaj joined her on the collaborative hit “Bang Bang,” but for those waiting on it, there was no performance of “Get On Your Knees,” live. Instead, Ari ended her set with “Break Free.”
