He may not have been there, but to no surprise 50 Cent has an opinion on Beck’s win of Album of the Year.
In an interview with People, the Queens rapper said, “[Beck] produced the record, wrote the record. It’s eleven producers on Beyoncé’s album,” he said. “Kanye, being a producer and a writer, should see that. But we get jaded.”
Yeezy recently cleared up his statement in an interview with Ryan Seacrest Wednesday morning (Feb. 11), and said Beck is indeed a great artist, but his statement was geared toward the officials at the recording academy and their brush-off of the popular vote.
