Congrats go out to French Montana. While the world was fixated on the Super Bowl yesterday, French Montana was busy bowling his add during Chris Paul’s PBA Celebrity Invitational in Torrance, CA.
The Bronx rapper was teamed with two-time PBA Tour champion Ronnie Russell, but make no mistake … Frenchy was holding his own. The duo defeated CP3 and Jason Belmonte in a dramatic comeback to snatch the title.
“I left it in the hands of God,” said French. “As the game went on, we collaborated — I helped Ronnie out and he helped me out. I was trying to learn from him. It’s been five years since I last bowled, but I have to start bowling again because I hope I can come back and defend the title next year.”
