After missing London’s Wireless Festival last year due to an illness, Drake is making good on his commitment by headlining the first of the festival’s three days.
Along with Drake, festival-goers will also get to see Kendrick Lamar and Nicki Minaj, who are scheduled to headline the next two nights. The massive festival will also feature hip-hop acts like Joey Bada$$, iLoveMakonnen, G-Eazy, Little Simz, Childish Gambino, Grandmaster Flash, Arrested Development, August Alsina and Logic. The concert will take place from July 3-July 6 in London’s Finsbury Park.
Drake is set to have a busy festival season. He’s not only set to headline the Wireless Festival, he will also be headlining Coachella and the Governor’s Ball.
The Wireless Festival is London’s biggest summer music event. Past headliners include Kanye West (who filled in for Drake last year), Jay Z, Pharrell, Outkast and more. Tickets for the festival go on sale Tuesday Feb. 3.
