On Tuesday (Dec. 2), at 4 p.m. ET, Meek Mill was released from a Philadelphia prison.
Meek had been incarcerated since July, serving a three- to six-month sentence for violating probation, stemming from a 2008 gun and drug conviction. Meek had previously served eight months in jail and began five years of probation in the fall of 2009.
So now that Meek is free ….. he will not be able to travel outside of Pennsylvania until he completes community service and treatment programs, so for now, touring will not be possible. No word yet on when his sophomore album Dreams Worth More Than Money will hit shelves.
