Anytime I hear anything about this family I cringe.
Things haven’t been A-okay in the Jackson camp since Michael climbed that tree at Neverland.
So the latest is that LaToya is managing the kids’ “careers” (really??? Not sure that’s the right word) and was close to persuading Oprah Winfrey’s OWN network to cough up $10 million a show for a reality series staring Paris, Prince and Blanket.
However, La Toya issued a statement vehemently denying the report: “Neither La Toya nor her company represent any of MJ’s children in any legal capacity nor has she received any commissions or payment as a result of their individual ventures. As a loving Aunt, when the children ask for help or advice she supports them 100%, and will continue to do so. Furthermore, there is no shopping of a reality show for the children.”
What’s true is La Toya does have her own reality show, Life With La Toya, which will premiere on the OWN Network later this year (really???? LaToya on OWN ….smh). Although the kids may be filmed from time to time during interactions with their aunt, they are not going to be a regular part of the show. I’m sure the foolery and gain for fame won’t stop there for these kids though.
Whatever happened to these kids getting a normal life? I thought that was the plan. Good luck to them because it literally seems like they’re raising themselves. Catherine is too old (sorry, it is, what it is), Janet’s too busy being secretly married and the rest are too busy looking for the next meal-ticket.
Oh and by the way, why was Janet’s marriage a secret? I hear she got married last year. I love JJ, but seriously who cares. I can’t remember the last time I heard any music from her. I’m sure no one’s knocking her doors down these days. It’s okay to share your love.
