After reportedly attacking a woman at the LA home of Birdman last month, Keyshia Cole learns she will not be prosecuted for the ordeal.
According to TMZ, a source in the City Attorney Office confirmed that the singer will instead sit in on an informal office hearing.
Keyshia was taken into police custody on Sept. 19 after assaulting a woman who was later identified as Sabrina Mercadel, a Cash Money employee. Following her release on $46,000 bail, Key was hit with a restraining order by Sabrina who claims she was seriously injured in the attack after Cole punched her in the face and threw objects at her.
Both women will get the opportunity to tell their sides of the attack on their scheduled hearing date.
My two-cents: SMH … Keyshia clear needs to take some time alone. Isn’t she still technically married?
