I’m a single, 30-something southern-bred gal. I like to think I’m pretty smart – MBA, CPA. Not shabby. But despite the fact that I’ve tried to ignore it, my PhD has always been in pop culture – everything that’s trendy, mainstream or hot now.
In my early twenties, I was the editor of a music website. I did that gig everyday for about eight years to be exact. I eventually grew out of the hustle and bustle of the music biz, but my love for the net has yet to leave…..so here I am. I’m a bon a fide computer geek. Who knew! With this blog, I’ve finally come from around the objective desk of reporting news and I’m letting it all hang out – the shenanigans of my crazy life and my pop culture obsession.
