Unfortunately, Remy Ma wasn’t released from prison yesterday (July 31) as planned.
Bedford Hills Correctional Facility for Women told Revolt that Remy – who’s been imprisoned for six years (didn’t know it had been that long) for assault – will remain behind bars due to a disciplinary altercation that occurred on July 21.
Coincidentally, July 21 marks the date that Remy Ma called in to NYC’s Power 105 to talk to Angie Martinez. Officials haven’t confirmed whether that delayed her release. She spent the last week of her sentence in solitary confinement.
