Wait a minute (**in my Ray J voice**) … Brandy’s brother – Ray J – has been hit with 10 criminal charges stemming from a wild May night at a posh Beverly Hills hotel.
TMZ reports that the 33-year-old was charged with the misdemeanors Monday after he bashed out a police patrol car window and resisted arrest during the May 30 incident.
Cops originally responded he allegedly brushed up against a woman’s backside at the hotel bar. Police let him leave on his own after they determined the touching was accidental.
But he was busted after becoming belligerent with staff and spitting on officers — even kicking out and shattering a cop car’s window after being cuffed and stuffed in the back of the cruiser.
Ray J later told TMZ he’d become “claustrophobic” and kicked out the window.
Despite the police determination that the touching was incidental, the singer was hit with a sexual battery charge from the Los Angeles County District Attorney, along with four counts of resisting arrest, three counts of assault and battery and two counts of vandalism, according to TMZ.
