According to the rumor mill, Apple may be launching the iWatch in October.
The watch rumor began when a new Health app was released last week. The watch supposedly will connect to the iPhone and include a multitude of health and fitness sensors, to measure metrics like calorie consumption, sleep activity, blood oxygen levels, and more. It is said to integrate deeply with the iOS 8’s recently introduced Health app and it may come in multiple sizes and at multiple price points.
Look for the timepiece to be a curved wristband – similar to the Nike fuelband – with many of the features that Apple has used in technologies for the iPhone—touch screen capability and internet access.
