The Queen B is a new mom.
Lil’ Kim, 39, gave birth to a baby girl named Royal Reign this morning at a hospital in New Jersey, according to multiple published reports.
Her rep told E! Online that Royal entered this world at 9:58 a.m. at Hackensack University Medical Center, weighing in at 6 pounds, 5 ounces.
It’s first child.
