Following a press conference held by Slowbucks last week for a chain snatched while at the Summer Jam concert, an arrest has reportedly been made.
According to published reports, Mikey Fingers, a member of 50 Cent’s entourage, is believed to have been taken into police custody.
And now Slowbucks is defending himself on Instagram. He posted the following IG post with the following comment.
“I [see] this #Snitching sh!t is getting outta hand… Da news#Conference y’all viewed was not about#PressingCharges or anything like that it was about#Brand #Management! Da brand consultant was explaining Da case 2 a panel of P.R. In an attempt 2 try 2 pull some bread out 4 Da”SlowBucks” Brand.. However, the media will always show y’all what they want you 2 [see].. We not entertaining NO #Police @ all!! This is the last time I’m speaking on it…!!! #FACTS & Still#OE”
Mike Lighty, who has been quoted as calling Slowbucks snitches, has also taken to Instagram to deny any involvement in the situation:
“Attention all Media Blog Sites. Damn I guess blogs sites are talking for me nowadays or someone wants me to pick sides. Thanks for the fake publicity but no thanks! I don’t got time too hate on @slowbucks ever. I’m out here trying to make money not more enemies! That situation has nothing to do w me. Not sure who put this message out to the media but seems like a chess move to me but I don’t play chess. FYI – I love the Bronx and my street Fam but I don’t even know Mike Fingers and I’m not on 50 Cents payroll nor does he fuck with me at all anymore because I’m not a yes man. so please please stop putting me in the mix in hopes to create some exciting media.
