What’s really good between Funkmaster Flex and Dame Dash?
It all started when Dash went to Instagram to call out “culture vultures,” e.g. industry executives. One person he called out was Joie Manda, Interscope executive and former Def Jam President, also a friend of Flex. Dash insinuated Joie hurt the careers of artists, putting them against one another, etc. And Flex defended Joie along with Lyor Cohen.
In response, Dame responded on The Combat Jack show. Check it out. (Sidenote: I feel like the only time I hear from Dame is when there’s drama. IDK … he sounds like a bitter bird. It is what it is.)
