Ameriie is back! It’s been nearly five years since Ameriie released an album, but the 34-year-old singer is back for another shot at the music industry. She recently posted a 15-second snippet of her new single “What I Want” on her Instagram page.
In 2011, it was reported that Ameriie was recording her fifth studio album, Cymatika Vol. 1, but she failed to release the project.
I want to start by saying I like Ameriie. I actually listen to her first album on the regular, but … this sounds extremely close to previous work. I’m going to leave the obvious there because I do like her and wish her the best.
