According to documents obtained by The Blast, Lil Wayne recently applied to trademark “New Dirty Bastard” allegedly for use in record production, music production and many other entertainment related services.
According to ODB’s eldest daughter, Taniqua Jones, as well as the attorney for the Estate of Russell Jones and were told they were unaware of the filing. However, Jones and the attorney said they are not looking to cause any difficulties for Young Money’s project. Instead they’re interested in talking on an “artistic level before any other conversations take place.”
