Just this week – on Wednesday, Oct. 18 – Playboi Carti and Lil Uzi Vert unveiled the dates for their upcoming 16*29 Tour. However, in a recent turn of events, Uzi took to Twitter to announce that he’s opting out of the tour.
“Not going on tour wit carti need 2 focus,” the rapper wrote on Thursday morning (Oct. 19), although he didn’t reveal what he’s actually focusing on. At the time of writing, Carti hasn’t commented on Uzi’s decision to back out of the tour.
Not to fret, the tour will continue without Uzi. It will begin in Denver on Nov. 17 and will continue until the end of December. Chicago rapper G-Herbo and SOB x RBE will appear as special guests.
