Chris Brown has reportedly struck a settlement agreement in a civil lawsuit case initially filed by a Liziane Gutierrez, who was allegedly attacked by Chris after an attempt to take a photo with him.
While the final amount has not been disclosed, it’s being reported that the negotiations were less than $70,000.
Gutierrez filed the civil lawsuit in February 2016, suing the singer for battery, theft — she claimed Chris or someone in his entourage took her cell phone — and defamation following a video Chris posted to social media where he denied the claims and said that the accuser was “too ugly” to be granted access to his Las Vegas party, where the incident allegedly took place. Chris was later cleared of all charges.
