Gucci Mane Sues Waka Flocka & Flocka’s Mother For Fraud

This week, Gucci Mane reportedly filed a lawsuit against Waka Flocka Flame, Waka’s mother Debra Antney, OJ Da Juiceman, and producer Zaytoven.

The suit accuses the mentioned parties, along with rapper Khia Stone, of fraud, racketeering, and breach of contract. According to Gucci, Debra Antney took control of his 1017 Records, LLC., without permission, and used it to create three separate companies. She was aided by Stone and Waka.

Gucci is also accusing the parties in the lawsuit of withholding royalties and inflating the cost of label expenditures. He went to add that Debra seized his assets and stole a ring and a neckalace. Gucci reportedly wants the jewelry returned to him, as well as Waka’s and his mother’s assets frozen by the court.
