Pharrell has teamed up with Adidas again to create another collection of footwear and apparel — this time, performance-driven.
The Adidas Tennis Collection by Pharrell Williams follows his support of tennis star Stan Smith in promoting their “Pastel Pack” of the classic Adidas Stan Smith sneaker and Williams’ Tennis Hu.
Inspired by the “golden era” of tennis and the personal style of some of the sport’s greatest legends, the capsule is ’70s flair reimagined, combining a mix of innovative materials and technologies with Pharrell’s innate design talent. The campaign displays bold pieces focusing on primary colors red, yellow and blue.
The line features an array of color-block athletic jackets, polos, cable-knit sweaters, skirts, and shorts, along with a slew of essential sporty accessories including headwear, wristbands, socks, and even a towel. Footwear options include three of Adidas’ top-rated tennis models: the Adizero Ubersonic 3.0, Adizero Ubersonic 2.0, and Barricade Boost 2017.
