Earlier this week, Waka Flocka posted the artwork to his new track “Was My Dawg.” The picture includes a silohoutte of a person that appeared to be Gucci Mane. Now, the full track has surfaced online and while he doesn’t name Gucci on the track, it’s clear who Waka is referring to.
“Thought you was my ni**a shorty, thought you was my dawg/ Thought you was my ni**a shorty, thought you was my dawg/ You all for yourself, shorty, you a ball hog.”
In case there was still doubt, the track closes with an audio clip of Waka’s interview with Charlie Sloth on BBC Radio 1Xtra, where he speaks on Gucci after being released from jail last year.
