Speaking of 2 Chainz … Life isn’t half bad for the emcee these days. Not only has he been taped to be the opening act for Rihanna’s last 5 dates of her Diamonds World Tour (which we know has topped recent tour sales), but he also was tapped by actor Leonardo DiCaprio to perform at his 39th birthday party.
He just posted some footage of the performance on Instagram with the comment: “Honored to say I had a chance to perform for Leonardo DiCaprio for his bday party s/o to Yeezy”
All of this comes as no surprise since Leo is actually a fan of rap music.
Leo celebrated his 39th last night at TAO Downtown in NYC with the rappers and a room filled with 100 of his closest friends — mostly women we hear.
2 Chainz did lay down his version of “Happy Birthday” — while Yeezus played “Good Life” … “Gold Digger” … and a bunch of other hits.
In other Kanye news, he may be resuming his Yeezus tour Nov 16 beginning in Philly.
