Sevyn Streeter took to Twitter last night to reveal that her national anthem performance scheduled at the Philadelphia 76ers’ season opening game was cancelled because she was wearing a Black Lives Matter shirt.
Streeter posted a video to her Twitter explaining the situation, showing her “We Matter” jersey that was apparently too controversial.
