2 Chainz is continuing his quest to diversify with his investment and opening of Escobar restaurant and lounge in downtown Atlanta.
According to the the restaurant’s official Instagram page, it will open this summer. The upscale spot will be located off Peter St.
Posting a picture of the venue on IG, he captioned the photo, “So I think it’s time i let y’all in on my newest venture as an entrepreneur this spot is called @escobarlounge my first club/lounge in the city of Atlanta off Peter St… #GodisGood …will be given opportunities and hiring reliable employees in the near future 1love 2Chainz.”
The restaurant is currently hiring for a number of positions including management, security and cooks.
“We want [Escobar Lounge] to be one of the top spots for the upscale — celebrity — crowd in the city,” spokesperson Giselle Warren told What Now Atlanta back in March. “2 Chainz has been looking to get into the restaurant industry for a while now, and this is an opportunity to do something unique.”
This is the latest venture in 2 Chainz’ diversified portfolio along with his CEO,000,000 clothing line, TRU University label, TRU Foundation and 2 Chainz shop.
