Chris Brown just got cut a big break. His felony assault charges were reduced to a misdemeanor.
In his arraignment today, Chris pled not guilty and was eventually released without bail. He’s also required to stay 100 yards away from the victim.
Now, TMZ reports that the L.A. County Probation Dept. has launched an investigation into Chris’ D.C. arrest to determine if it constitutes a violation of his probation in the Rihanna beating case.
The Probation Dept. will submit its report to the judge in the Rihanna case, who will decide if Brown’s probation should be revoked. Worst case scenario for Breezy – 4 years in prison for a probation violation.
