As Drake continues his VIEW promo he also continues to put his acting chops to the test …. This time with on NBC’s new Saturday Night Live–esque variety show Maya & Marty on Tuesday (June 7).
In the show’s first episode, Drizzy sat down for an interview with Martin Short’s famed Jiminy Glick character, and the results were quite hilarious.
If you’re not familiar with Short’s Jiminy Glick character, take a moment to recall The Chris Farley Show sketch from SNLs of old and, well, think of the exact opposite. Instead of fawning all over Drake, Glick questions Drake’s street cred, asks if people actually like his music, and starts a pointed discussion about circumcision.
