If Chris Brown is involved, then drama is sure to follow. This time is no exception as Breezy finds himself accused of stealing a street artist’s tag. TMZ reports that graffiti artist Konfused (with an ‘s’) is suing Brown for the use of the similar Konfuzed (with a ‘z’) tag.
Andre Khazrei says he’s been working as Konfused since 2003. Khazrei also asserts that he owns the trademark for t-shirts and other types of merchandise. But now, he alleges that Chris Brown’s Konfuzed clothing line is a rip-off and causing confusion in the marketplace.
The lawsuit claims to have a smoking gun of sorts through a mistake made by Chris Brown. The singer apparently signed a painting at the Grammy Museum with Konfused. Brown used an “s” instead of a “z” when he signed the painting.
Andre Khazrei is suing Chris Brown for damages and to prevent the singer from ever using the Konfused tag again.
