Migos member Offset ran into a little trouble with the law on Thursday (March 17).
The Atlanta rapper was arrested for driving with a suspended license.
Offset’s lawyer, Drew Findling, tells TMZ that his client thought the $316 fine for suspended license and failure to appear in court was paid when he was released from jail back in December. The news comes after he served 8 months in jail last year for drugs and weapons charges. He was released after striking a plea deal and agreeing to serve 5 years probation.
Findling says Offset will have to remain in jail for one night, with bail being posted on Friday morning.
