“The KANAN Tape now playing, I’m Too Rich,” 50 wrote as a caption under a pic of himself Monday (2/22) posing with towers of money referencing his song “Too Rich for the B—h.”
50’s reckless social media move comes four days after Judge Ann Nevins ordered the rapper — who filed for bankruptcy in July — to explain why he has continued flaunting obscene amounts of wealth on social media.
“I’m concerned about allegations of nondisclosure and a lack of transparency in the case,” Judge Ann Nevins said during a Thursday hearing in Hartford, Conn., according to CNN Money.
Despite his photos of Benjamins stashed in a refrigerator, strewn across his bed, and arranged to spell out the word “BROKE,” the rap mogul’s lawyers insist he’s been “forthcoming and transparent with all creditors.”
Rick Ross’ ex-girlfriend Lastonia Leviston (who won a sex-tape lawsuit against 50), headphone company Sleek Audio and SunTrust Bank — who claim the rapper collectively owes them $29 million — pointed out the photos in January court papers.
Adding fuel to the fire, 50 has also hinted at an upcoming show on A&E in a recent Instagram post he made today (February 23). He made the comment while promoting the third season of Power.
“Power Season 3 will blow you Away,” the G-Unit rapper writes for the caption of a photo of himself with a Rolls Royce. “I’m only getting better at what I do. Wait till you see my New Show on A&E. #EFFENVODKA”
