Just a week ago Beyonce shook the world with her new video “Formation” which not only celebrated Black culture but took a stand against police brutality. Unfortunately, it was evident that not everyone saw the song in a positive light.
The song received a lot of backlash from people online, who mostly criticized it for being “a slap in the face to law enforcement” and for being too pro-African American rights. So this week’s Saturday Night Live (Feb 13) debuted a Beyonce “Formation” sketch that poked fun at the irony. Take a look.
