It should be no surprise to hear Azealia Banks is voicing her thoughts on Twitter. But this time, it may be for a good cause.
The raptress took to Twitter this week to support Beyonce’s “Formation” movement against police brutality.
Her sentiments came after former mayor Rudy Giuliani bashed the song calling it an attack on police.
“I thought it was really outrageous that she used it as a platform to attack police officers,” Giuliani says, “who are the people who protect her and protect us to keep us alive. What she should be doing in the African-American community and in all communities is build up respect for police officers and focus on the fact that when something goes wrong then, okay, we’ll work on that. The vast majority of police officers risk their lives to keep us safe.”
Not one to hold her tongue, Azealia shared her thoughts as well bashing feminists who are seemingly boycotting Beyonce’s movement:
And honestly look how as soon as Beyoncé decides to embrace her blackness and love herself the whole white feminist world turned on her
