So when the Grammy nominations were released on Monday (Dec 7), was I the only one who found it peculiar that Drake’s “Back to Back” was nominated but not his biggest hit “Hotline Bling.” Well here’s the skinny on that.
Well turns out that it was not submitted due to a clerical error on the part of label Cash Money. That huge hit might well have been a multiple-category contender but for this goof.
My two-cents: One more reason to get Birdman out of the equation.
