Bobby Shmurda will not be home for Christmas. Despite putting together a $2 million bond package that included collateral from various family members, the Brooklyn rapper’s hopes of being released were dashed once again after appearing in front of a Manhattan judge on Thursday (Dec 3).
It’s unclear why the judge denied Bobby’s latest bail request, but according to TMZ, “his bail arrangement was changed, and now his legal team will have to go back to the drawing board.” He is due back in court next month before his trial begins on February 22.
It’s now approaching a full year since Bobby has been behind bars after being charged with conspiracy to commit murder and other weapons and drug charges.
