After a snippet of Lil Wayne engaged in a threesome hit the net several days ago, Weezy has filed a cease and desist letter against Hollywood Street Kings, a blog that has been posting clips of the unauthorized video.
TMZ reports that Weezy’s lawyers have given the site five days to remove the video, and also demand that all copies of the sex tape be given to his team:
We hereby demand that you immediately cease the use, exploitation and/or distribution of the Video and that you deliver all copies, including electronic copies, of same to us or destroy such copies immediately and that you desist from this or any other infringement of Mr. Carter’s rights in the future.
Back in September, one of the two women featured in the tape began shopping around the footage to “big porn companies.” At the time of the news, Weezy assured that if the video – which he says he was not aware was being captured – was released online, he would sue. So … he’s keeping his word.
My two-cents: What’s wrong with people? Have they lost all their good sense. Does she not have any sort of morals??
