T.I. is moving on to big things. He has just inked a contract with Warner Bros.Television which focuses on his pursuit of a development career.
With the new opportunity, Tip will seek to create a series or make an appearance in different TV shows, Deadline Hollywood reports.
Tip’s film resume boasts ATL, House of Lies, Takers, Entourage and many more. This news arrives a few weeks after he reportedly ended his distribution contract with Columbia Records.
In a recent interview with HITS Daily Double, T.I. lightly touched on the aforementioned subject, saying “Having just exited my deal at Columbia, I was a rogue artist, busting creativity, just waiting to put music in the marketplace. So while I’m sorting out my next situation, I’m blessed enough to be able to control my destiny and put music out as quickly as I want to, and was able to release a TIP album, which I had wanted to do for a long time.”
