The 2015 VMA performers have been announced and the lineup includes Pharrell Williams, A$AP Rocky, and Macklemore and Ryan Lewis.
Pharrell will perform as a solo artist for the first-time at the VMAs, so will A$AP Rocky, who previously joined Rihanna on stage in 2012. Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, who will be debuting their new single “Downtown” later this week, are returning to the VMAs for the second time after previously performing Same Love” with Mary Lambert and Jennifer Hudson in 2013.
Other artists confirmed to perform include The Weeknd. Hosted by Miley Cyrus, the 2015 MTV VMAs takes place this Sunday at 9 p.m. EST, live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
