According to published reports, T.I. owes more than $4.5 million in unpaid taxes.
The Daily Mail reports that the IRS filed two tax liens against T.I. on Aug. 10 for unpaid taxes stemming from 2012 and 2013. The first states that the VH1 reality star owes $1,397,283.47 from 2012 and $3,173,476.39 from 2013.
The amount is likely not an issue for the emcee to cover though.
“Mr. Harris and his team are working with the appropriate parties to resolve this matter,” his rep said in a statement.
