Things got out of hand at Nicki Minaj’s The Pink Print tour when chairs were thrown during a brawl at a Nicki Minaj concert on Friday in the Bay Area and left one fan with pepper spray to the face.
The sold-out show came to a halt as the violence unfolded below the rapper’s stage at the Concord Pavilion in Concord, California.
Minaj addressed the violence in an Instagram post Saturday afternoon and said her fans “were more than turnt … let’s just say that.”
She beckoned the unidentified girl onstage so she could get help after being maced, a video shows.
“Bring her to the stage,” Minaj said into her pink microphone. “The one that just got sprayed with mace in the face.”
A bottle of water was waiting for the girl there.
Concertgoers said chairs were thrown during the brawl as Meek Mill and Minaj performed. The girl was apparently sprayed with mace during “The Night Is Still Young.”
Instead of going on with the concert, Minaj ended her performance early over the violence.
