Justin Combs is back on the UCLS football team.
TMZ reports head coach Jim Mora met with Diddy’s son, Justin, last week to hash things out once and for all so the junior cornerback could get back to practice.
You’ll recall Diddy was arrested for the alleged assault of Bruins strength and conditioning coach, Sal Alosi, back in June. The D.A. eventually rejected the case for felony charges, but the LA. City Attorney is still considering filing a misdemeanor.
TMZ reports that Diddy is not allowed at practices, at least for now.
Still, Diddy’s showing the team love … posting a pic of Justin practicing with the caption, “GO BRUINS!!!!!!!!!”
Now in other Bruins news, Snoop Dogg’s son, Cordell Broadus, has decided to pass on UCLA football, but will remain at the school.
Cordell, who was a four-star receiver prospect from Las Vegas (Nev.) Bishop Gorman and would have been an incoming freshman, hadn’t reported to UCLA’s fall camp in San Bernardino, which started Monday.
He is admitted to UCLA, and attended UCLA’s summer session, so he’ll be able to remain enrolled and attend UCLA.
According to sources close to the situation, it was more than likely a matter of Cordell “wanting to do his own thing.”
