And you thought this was over. According to a new TMZ report, Jimmy Winfrey, the man who allegedly shot at Lil Wayne’s tour bus this past April and is now facing charges from it, believes that Birdman should be “held liable” for the situation according to new court documents.
Just weeks ago, Birdman was accused of conspiring to kill Weezy in the tour bus shooting, and went on to adamantly deny any involvement in his recent interview with Angie Martinez.
In newly filed court documents, Winfrey states that Birdman, “should be held liable as a party to the crime.” While he doesn’t come right out and say, “Birdman hired me to shoot at Wayne,” his statement does imply it.
