Cam’ron was on The Breakfast Club bright and early this morning. Maybe a little too early for Cam’ because he looked exhausted.
He has a new mixtape out “Ghetto Heaven” that’s getting some buzz.
The crew went straight for the important info, ‘what’s up with him and Hov.”
Although Cam says there’s no animosity on his end, he felt like Jay still wasn’t warming up to him.

“You go to 40/40 Club you’re not allowed to play Dipset music,” Cam’ron explained. “It’s ridiculous. I got DJs who DJ in there, who are my people and you can’t play no Diplomat music in there.”
Sidebar: I think the bigger issues was between Jay and Dame. I totally remember when Jay went on vacation and they offered Cam the VP role. That was more of a dig from Dame than Cam. And … I remember Cam talking pretty reckless about Hov years ago. #IJS
After the interview, MTV reached out to the 40/40 Club who issued this statement saying, ”There’s no rule set that determines what music can and cannot be played in the 40/40 Club. Our DJs understand what our crowd is looking to hear when they come to Jay Z’s club.”
Cam’ also mentioned that the Jim Jones beef started out as just a publicity ploy. Hmmm….
