Don’t we remember this from 2014? A Charlotte woman named Christine Chisholm has filed a lawsuit on her own behalf against 2 Chainz (real name Tauheed Epps) and a man named Ro’Zay Richie, better known as the rapper Cap 1.
According to the suit, Chisholm was backstage at a Cap 1 concert when a member of Epps’ entourage began filming her. The video, dubbed “Is This Yo Thot?” on the rapper’s official website, ends with Chisholm being asked by security to leave the venue. Chisholm’s suit alleges that she has been subject to “harassment and verbal abuse” in public since the video began making the rounds online; she also claims that it led to her being fired from her job. She is seeking damages in the amount of $5 million.
